Notable features include ESFR sprinklers, 28-foot clear heights and two buildings designed to deliver unmatched visibility along the southwest 470 corridor.

“Deer Creek Commerce Center represents our continued commitment to meeting the evolving demands for class A industrial properties head-on, providing businesses with the modern, high-quality facilities they need to thrive,” said Cadie Crean, development director at Confluent Development. “As we celebrate the groundbreaking milestone for this project, we’re confident it will not only influence the future of industrial opportunities in this region but also serve as a catalyst for meaningful economic growth.”
