SESSION 2 - AUGUST 14: THE BURRELL DENVER TOUR & PANEL

Join NAIOP Colorado for the second session of our 3-part education series, showcasing The Burrell Denver in the historic Five Points neighborhood of the RiNo district. The Burrell features 49 permanently affordable for-sale condos, tackling rising housing costs and delivering essential affordable housing. Developed by Shanahan Development in partnership with Elevation Community Land Trust and the Urban Land Conservancy, this project demonstrates the effectiveness of public-private collaborations in creating valuable community resources and expanding homeownership opportunities.

Experience The Burrell firsthand and engage in a panel discussion with project partners and community leaders. Learn about innovative funding tools and strategic collaborations driving affordable housing projects.
