The Susan Stanton Leadership Academy is the first of its kind leadership program combining the traditional influence of mentoring with the impact of sponsors who will invest in individuals’ careers to create meaningful change in an individual’s career trajectory.

The Foundation is seeking 12 woman as Participants, to pair with 12 influential/powerful commercial real estate professionals as Sponsors for the women in the Academy.
