The CREDA Colorado Developing Leaders (DL) program connects commercial real estate professionals age 35 and under with the relationships, leadership opportunities, and industry knowledge needed to accelerate their careers.

Through mentorship, educational programs, project tours, networking events, and community service, DL members gain meaningful connections with Colorado's commercial real estate leaders while building the skills and experience to become the next generation of industry professionals.

Developing Leaders Mentor Program

The Developing Leaders Mentor Program is CREDA's premier annual leadership initiative.

Each year, a select class of approximately 20 to 24 Developing Leaders are chosen through a competitive application process and matched with experienced commercial real estate professionals based on their career goals, interests, and professional background.

Over the course of six months, participants develop meaningful mentor relationships while taking part in exclusive networking events, educational sessions, volunteer projects, and leadership experiences designed to accelerate their professional growth.

Real Estate Project Tours

Experience Colorado's most notable developments through guided tours led by developers, owners, architects, and project teams. Learn firsthand about the vision, challenges, and strategies behind successful projects.

Skiing with the Icons

One of CREDA's signature events, Skiing with the Icons pairs Developing Leaders with accomplished commercial real estate professionals for a day of skiing, networking, and mentorship at Arapahoe Basin.

Real Estate on the Rocks

Quarterly networking events held throughout the Denver Metro area that bring together Developing Leaders and CREDA members in a relaxed setting to build relationships and expand professional networks.

Community Volunteer Day

Give back alongside fellow CRE professionals through volunteer opportunities supporting organizations such as Food Bank of the Rockies, Denver Rescue Mission, Denver Parks & Recreation, and other local nonprofits.
