NAIOP Colorado – Newsletter Submission Guidelines

Share Your News with Colorado’s CRE Community

The NAIOP Colorado Newsletter is a digital publication distributed quarterly to more than 6,000 commercial real estate professionals across Colorado’s Front Range and beyond. We welcome submissions from NAIOP members, sponsors, and the broader real estate development community that reflect timely, relevant, and engaging content.

What We’re Looking For

We're accepting submissions for the following categories:

• Construction Corner – Real estate development or construction updates on recently completed or under-construction projects across Colorado.

• Member Spotlights – Celebrating promotions, awards, thought leadership, career transitions, and other noteworthy member achievements.

• CRE Community News – Industry updates, innovations, community impact stories, and other content that highlights commercial real estate in action.

Have something else in mind? We’re open to compelling ideas that provide value to our readers.

Submission Guidelines

Please follow these specifications to ensure your submission can be reviewed and published:

• Article Length: 400-500 words (including title and subheads), submitted in a Word document or editable format.

• Tone: Professional and informative; press release–style or brief editorial formats are both accepted.

• Links: Include hyperlinks to relevant company websites, project pages, or external media coverage when applicable.

• Images: Provide 1–2 high-resolution images (PNG or JPG format, at least 300 dpi) with appropriate photo credits and captions.

• Author Credit: Include your name, title, organization, and contact info (optional for publishing).

Editorial Review

NAIOP Colorado reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, length, style, and formatting. Not all submissions may be published, and editorial discretion will be used to ensure quality and relevance.
