CANCELLATION POLICY
Sponsorship cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 21 - 29 days will incur a 50% fee. All sponsorship sales will be considered final after August 1, 2025, and there will be no refunds. If for some reason the event is cancelled or postponed, your sponsorship will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
