SESSION 3 - OCTOBER 23: FRESHLO HUB IN MONTBELLO

FreshLo Hub is the Montbello Organizing Committee's comprehensive community economic development program designed to create a place in the community that promotes cultural heritage, rejuvenates physical spaces, improves health outcomes, and brings diverse people together.  The mixed-use development project, which will be located in the heart of Montbello, was driven by the needs of the community with thousands of Montbello residents participating in the conceptualization and planning.

As part of NAIOP Colorado's Economic Diversity Showcase on October 23rd, attendees will have the opportunity to tour this innovative project and engage in a panel discussion with the development team, shedding light on their role in fostering economic diversity and community revitalization in Denver.
