CANCELLATION & PAYMENT POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY: Sponsorship cancellations received on or before August 31, 2026, will receive a full refund. All sponsorship commitments are considered final beginning September 1, 2026, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that date.
In the event Fight Night is postponed, sponsorship benefits and payments will be transferred to the rescheduled event date. In the event the program is cancelled and not rescheduled, sponsorship payments will be refunded.
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE: A 4% processing fee will be added to sponsorship payments made by credit card. To avoid this fee, sponsors may pay by check or bank transfer.
